Carlo is an aging cab driver who supports his eccentric mother by acting as a drug courier for a corrupt and respected NYPD officer. While planning an exodus from what could lead to a tragic end he tries to navigate through the treacherous labyrinth of this gritty underworld. Things just aren’t what they seem in this story that functions both as a classic New York crime film and existential puzzle.
